I drew up a quick map to abate confusion about how the buildings looked. Still don't know whether the three blobs at the South side of the lying-down E are the porches, or small buildings nearby, or part of the parking area, if that's parking. ASCS maps are not marked much, so there are no building or street names; you will see a city name. I did a lot of searching before I spotted PDK on them, and still didn't know what I was looking at until I visited PDK and someone knowledgeable knew where the old barracks were! I didn't get the map number, so my link to the ASCS DeKalb page isn't to the exact map. On the exact map I had to scroll through a good bit before I spotted PDK, and almost missed it, even with the runways pretty obvious.... Hope the map helps. I love 'em!
