I'm starting this page to encourage students, faculty, and staff to comment on changes they'd like to see in the library. By the way - once four separate sections have been started, a table of contents will automaticly appear on the page. Separate sections with a set of = marks.
Archival materials
I have not had an occasion to need the archived materials in the library. However, I think that in the spirit of preservation and making these materials available to students, the research tables provided in the new archival space will be worth the loss of one study room.
The reference area proposal appears to be a better configuration than the current setup. I have always believed that there is a lot of wasted space there.
