Introducing the Hornet Card

As you may be aware, the University will be implementing a new identification card this semester. The new "Hornet Card" will act as your identification card and Library Voyager access starting with the fall semester.

Starting with the spring semester, the Hornet Card will offer some unique services to all card holders. You will be able to deposit money onto your card and use this declining balance card at various locations on campus for payment for food services in the cafeteria, grill, J building snack bar, and community center. Several other services are being developed including access to the Recreation and Wellness Center, bookstore purchases, laundry services, and vending.

We would like to invite the Faculty and Staff to have their new Hornet Card made starting August 29th. The Hornet Card production site is in the University Police station located on the lower floor of Norton Hall. Please note that your current University ID will still act as your identification card and for those who have the old Voyager bar code, that bar code will still work.

At your convenience, we invite you to visit the University Police station starting August 29th to receive your new Hornet Card.
