It's easy to start a new page. Simply type in the title of the page you wish to create. If that page doesn't exist (and on this wiki, the odds are good that it doesn't) then you will see the message No page with this exact title exists, trying full text search. The words "this exact title should be a link - click on that link and you can then edit the page with that title. Another method involves simply typing in the name of the page you wish to create after the regular URL, like this:

http://wiki.spsu.edu/index.php/YOUR_PAGE_NAME

It will take you to a blank page of that title (if it hasn't already been created), which you can then edit as normal and link in the appropriate section.
